Deposit & Rental Rules

No Show:

If you miss your reservation, your information will be registered as “NO SHOW” and you will receive a bill of DKK 150 per absentee guest. Your booking is not registered as deleted until we have confirmed the cancellation of your booking.

For groups of more than 8 to 20 people, the following rules apply:

The final and binding number of people must be detailed no later than 6 days before the reservation.
Cancellation after this may result in a claim for reimbursement of 75% of the agreed envelope price.
No show will be invoiced 100%

For bookings with more than 20 people, the following rules apply:

Cancellation must be made in writing to kontakt@figovinbar.dk 

No later than 6 weeks before: Cancellation can be made free of charge no later than 6 weeks before the event takes place.

Later than 6 weeks before: Cancellation by the entire company after 6 weeks before the event is held may result in a claim for reimbursement of 65% of the agreed envelope price.

However, certain services that cannot be canceled from external suppliers may be invoiced at 100%.

Later than 6 days before: Cancellation later than 6 days before the event takes place will result in a claim for reimbursement of 75% of the agreed envelope price.

Reduction in quantity:

No later than 3 weeks before: Reduction of quantity up to 35% percent of what was ordered can be done up to 3 weeks before the event is held, then 35% of the agreed envelope price is settled.
Later than 6 days before: Reduction of quantity later than 6 days before the event is held, 75% of the agreed envelope price will be invoiced.
No show will be invoiced 100%

Deposit:

When booking the whole restaurant or half and when booking more than 20 people, 3 months in advance, a deposit of 50% of the agreed price is paid before the reservation is finally valid.
